A special issue of the Revue québécoise de droit international has been published in tribute to Professor Gabrielle Marceau, bringing together contributions on international trade law, WTO reform, dispute settlement, sustainable trade, subsidies, food security, and the future of the multilateral trading system.
Titled International Trade Law: Past, Present, Future / Le droit du commerce international : passé, présent, futur, this Hors-Série was prepared by friends and colleagues to honour Professor Marceau’s career and her contribution to international economic law.
The publication includes contributions from leading scholars and practitioners, with reflections on current debates in international trade law and on the challenges facing the WTO and the broader multilateral trading system.
This post brings together both the announcement of the special issue and the separate table of contents shared by Professor Marceau.
